Review please

Graphics:
- Theme: A lighter blue one. It is 100% wide so you don`t have to worry about the background. The best part of this theme is the background of the categories in my opinion. Also I like the way how the forums background turns into a darker but still green-blueish color. But I don`t like the color of the text below the "Store soon to open!" text. That one is way too bright. It almost disappears into the background color. You should always keep some contrast in your theme. That way people wont complain about their eyes rolling on the floor cause they can`t read something without focusing like the eagle watching the mouse on the plain field. (6/10)
- Banner: My first thought when I looked at your banner was that "is that the sun or a fried egg. But at least it made me wonder. That is a good thing. To make things more serious... So, make that banner to be centered properly. I mean horizontal and vertical centering also. And the text is crying for some effects in my opinion. Either start one from scratch, or edit the current one to look more professional and stylish. (5/10)
- Navigation Bar: Actually it`s not bad. But it could be better if you make it some more visible when the cursor is not hovering over a button. And maybe a better stylish fonttype could make it more eye luring. Colors are matching and I like the hover effect so it`s still nice. (7/10)
- Icons: Well, my favourite part is actually not my favourite here. I can see the "No New Posts" icons on the index page but I can`t see the others. I can`t compare one to the other this way. But the one I can see is nice. I suggest you put the description of your icons on the bottom of the page cause I can`t register on every forum I review. Oh and now I just found out that the locked one is the same picture just with red coloring. Pretty usual sort of handling these icons. The "New Topic", "New Post" and "Locked" buttons are likeable ones. Like it was made from two pictures. A little one and a longer one. Of course it is just a little trick with transparency, but I like it. (7/10)
The sum of all is 25/40. Not bad, just change the banner and do some things I suggested.
