another suggestion

since most advertisements were moved to the portal... heres an idea

1] hide some of the apps that arent needed like top posters and the box that shows your username/avatar.
2] include the toolbar on the main page aswell. not just on the forums
3] make the text on the chat rules a smaller and maybe make them black...

1 and 3 completed.
