ANOTHER Suggestion!

Hey Guys.

Yes, i've thought of ANOTHER suggestion.

This one is a Staff Member of the Week award. Every week all the staff members are posted up into a topic by me, and we vote on who has been the best staff member that week! It could be a packager because of the amazing packages he's done, could be an administrator for all their hard work adding the services, could be a Moderator for contributing and keeping the forum spam-free!

The voting would last for 36 hours, then the winner would be given their own Staff Member of the Week rank, and maybe some BoilingPoints for winning?

Well, I like the idea, but it needs some thinking.
And I guess we should combine this idea with the rank system... well... after we manage to make one. Also we can make something like the "member of the month"... or even year.

it is a good idea indeed. maybe we can combine this with Bob's idea a while ago of making contests and giving awards. I totally agree with member of the month (the year is too mean, I think, Cafetin. XD).

I don't think staff of the week, we'd run out of staff. Since we are constantly gaining staff I think it should be of the month.

I thought Staff Member of the Week because of how many staff this forum has, you have about 10 staff, so it would be fairer to do it weekly as you have more chance of getting it.

A great idea. I'll go request for some GFX in advance. This is surely going to be accepted. But, keep the votes coming in.
