Some suggestions

hi, sorry if some suggestion I will suggest are already suggested, but I'll place a reason for my suggestions, here it is:

1. Have an archive forum on every service forum
Reason: hmm, this could be better since all refused or completed service requests will be placed in one forum and thus will be easier for us to comprehend on the topics, it looks confusing with lots of topics in a forum so I think having this would be better.

2.Have only up to 15 threads shown in a page in a forum
Reason: I think there's a bout 30 topics shown in each page of a forum which looks very long, I think reducing it to 15 would make it look good and easier to find topics since the number of topics shown in every page in a forum are smaller.

3.Combine the 'music', 'sports' and any other off topic forums in a general discussion forum
Reason:Combining/making it a subforum of general discussion or moving all the topics of off topic forums would compile the total number of posts of all the off topic forums thus attracting more guests on the forum making it look an active forum, this would also shorten the index and make things easier to find on the index.

4.Have guidelines/rules on other service forum that doesn't have it or or on other not- service forums
Reason: i think it's very useful to have some guidelines, like in the news bulletin or in the forum promotion saying that you are only allowed to bump every 24 hours, such as that, this way, moderators will know if the members are doing wrong and if they are needed to be reprimanded.

5. Have an announcement forum?
Reason: I don't see any of it, it would be better to place the updates here so it can be easier to be seen by members.

6. hide the staff room?
Reason: since it's only private for staff, I think it's not good to show it and only adds length to the index.

So this are just my suggestions. Thanks for reading it. It's not bad for me if they won't be accepted.

Added some stickies to 2-3 forums. Feel free to add some rules to other forums that have'nt been added if neccessary.

Suggestion 5 solved.
Suggestion 1 rejected. I made sub forums in every service titled "Complete/Refused requests". But that did'nt work out. I decided to have topic icons instead. I think its much easier that way.

Working on suggestions 3 and 6 now.
