OK i have a new forum that i need graphic designers for and it just happens to be a graphic forum

What are the perks?

What do you require of the designer exactly?

I know HTML/CSS & Designing.

well since this is a Graphic forum you would do requests as well as if you want add the the gallery, you could also help out other people that want to lean how to be a graphic designer

The perks. They would have to be that you get global moderation rights as well as a custom rank. The designers are the only other staff members besides the admins on this forum.
