hey, dimon, what do helpers do? ^^

probably stuff like helping with HTML and such...

@phio, they bring in some referrers if possible [not compulsory], maintain forum like mod's [they are just like mod's] but have lesser powers.
they help members on different services [like pika said]

as for what I can do to help... I actually wanna try to be a reviewer, but I'm not confident of myself. I'm a reviewer at a site currently, but I don't think I'm that good. ^^" do you want to see an example?

yep - services without limits

but to stop ppl from joining the forum staff team just for free services, we will have a "no services" period of one month before they are accepted.
[meanwhile they still get the benefits of a forum member]
