Has anyone else seen this movie?
I did at like four a.m. at my best friends house and it scared us quite a bit. The alternate ending was quite neat also.

YES! I do. It was horrifying..i thought it was all real.

I watched this by myself in my room in the night because my friends said it would be scary that way, anyway I was waitin for like 1 hour for somethin to happen and after that I was like seriously this is crap, its an ok movie, people seriously need to stop overreacting its not that scary at all...

I would not say that it is a bad movie, it was just incredibly disappointing, considering the hype.

That is exactly my point, its like marmite!

Half the people who see it say it was the scariest thing they had ever seen.
The other half say it was sooo boring

Maybe because that tape really exists. It is based on a real "happening". You can google it.

There are thousands of movies that you will like and others will not. And still you seemingly don`t want to accept their opinion.


I liked the movie, by the way. Not too much happening that`s true, but if you know what`s behind it, you can enjoy it (and play a little "scare game" with your girlfriend ).

Not the movie, but the story behind it. It is based on a true story. And that tape you see like "the movie" is really an existing tape. It is just older and black and white I guess. The movie is just a recreation of that tape with actors.
