Just the basics. Like putting people into user groups.

you dont know to add ppl on groups ?
ipbfree is not that difficult at all !
go to admin cp > users and groups > Find/Edit/Suspend User > enter the user name you wanna promote / change the group > click on edit details > in the member group drop down button, change the group of the member to the desired group that you need , at the end, click on "edit this member".

the user group will be change.

i just tested this on my ipbfree test board.
