Forum's Appearance and Design (20 marks)
I see a clean style here, it doesn't yell for your attention but it has its presence well established. Font are readable except for the graphics staff, it is too pale for the shade of the forums. The category buttons are simple but easy to understand, even without the caption. I like that.

Forum's Layout and Categorization(20 marks)
I like the way you space out your sections, it is very clear. I have no advise to give, you seem to have it all covered, mate. The thread icons are very nicely done, following the style and easy to understand. very few icons I've seen to accomplish this so nicely.

Forum's Activity and Amount Of Users Online (20 marks)
No one was online while I did the review, but I noticed several threads were replied and created today, which is excellent. I also saw different authors and ranks involved. It seems you have a nice activity from your staff and members. keep it up.

1379 posts between 67 members gives around 20 posts per member average, this ratio is low. If there is a big gap in numbers of posts between staff and active members then the ratio may be less, it depends too in your zero post members, if you don't count them your ratio might get up a bit. Keep on creating new threads to keep things interesting for them to post in.
