Here it goes. For a start the domain is rather bad. Even .forumotion.com is better than that why don't you get a www.co.cc or www.dot.tk domain? It would be even better if you got a top level domain like .com or .org or something.. The portal is very nice though you should center the affiliates because they are going in different directions For they layout Introductions should be under Suggestions Or Questions. General discussion where is it? Also posting games should be last on the list not first as you don't want posting games to be the most used forums because it will make your forum look spammy. Why have you made a whole section for youtube videos? Maybe create a Media Forum with a sub forum of My Videos. You need to start a debate, an empty forum is really really bad thing to have. That facebook button needs an alt saying a group. That could be advertise your facebook,facebook group,facebook connect,facebook discussion but if you add a alt people can see where they are going so it could say "Our Facebook Group" when people hover over the facebook icon!! For the attendance thread well to start with it should be a topic not a whole forum but if you insist on making it a forum then it needs to be a sub of introductions. The who is online image needs editing because it looks bad and does not fit with the theme. You need a web designer group for the web designing service you have and why not start a packaging service. I know it's not about web designing but it will boost activity as members like packages for their forum a lot
