Generalities

1. First Impressions-13/15
When i visited you froum,it brang me to the loading page first.So i'm gonna judge you from there.The loading page is cool.But the image still lags.But much faster than the previous time.Probably because you deleted some unwanted stuffs.
2. Categories & Forums-12/15
As you said,you added new categories to the forum,although i don't know which ones are new.Well,the "Schedules","Bugs","Tests", categories is'nt necessary really.I suggest you shift all the topics from "Schedules","Bugs","Tests" to the "General Chat" category.People like forums that are'nt messy.

1. Major Graphics-8/10
Nice banner you got there.Is the image in the middle much clearer now?It looks like you have modified it a little:)You have'nt changed your favicon as mentioned in the previous review yet.Please do so.You can google some Yugiyoh mobs or logos to represent your forum.
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme-6/10
Have'nt changed a single bit here.Blue is'nt a good color for a Yugiyoh forum.Maybe something orangey?
3.Images & Icons-8/10
Good job!You edited https://i.servimg.com/u/f61/14/81/90/37/forum_10.png and https://i.servimg.com/u/f61/14/81/90/37/forum_13.png Much nicer now!Heed my advice as it will go a loooong way.

Usergroups

1.Population of Groups-7/10
There's at least 2 members in each usergroup.Except for the Admin's group.Do work on that.If there's no one
suitable for the group,i suggest you delete or hide the group.
2.Staff Groups / User Groups-6/10
As you mentioned,you have more staff groups but they're hiden from members and guests.Also,you have more groups now.But most of them are for the tests only.You should make on group regarding the tests,stating a description like "For members who passed the test".

We have 20 registered users
Whoa!Slow down there brother!1990 messages?!20 members only?!Thats a bloody good ratio.But too much and guests will have the feeling that its a spam.If possible,bring some members to my forum too!I would love more posts!
