Well, i am applying to one but Joel asked me to review someone's forum and then see how I do, and I cant edit posts in this forum

Heres my review:


Generalities –
Navigation Bar- Well your navigation bar is very clear and the icons that are shown below the text represent the link, but the icons could take up a bit too much room, and also some of the backgrounds aren’t transparent, if you would make the backgrounds transparent it could attract more guests to register to your forum. Now I am also a bit confused on which bar is which, there is two bars and I’m not sure if there both navigation bars or it’s just the top or bottom one, any way there is no problem with hovering over the icons or the way they link to their destination on the forum. My rating 11/15
Theme- The theme of your forum is of an excellent standard, it’s not all too stuck together but it’s also not basic and square. I like how you have based your forum around blue and how you have stuck to your colours, and not used 20 different colours in your theme, But one think you should take a note of is that you haven’t got a banner, sometimes when you don’t include a banner it can distract people’s attention, and make them think of why you don’t have one, but then again your forum does look professional the way it is, but that was just a tip.

Categories and Forums -Your categories are very clear and they aren’t too long either, also the forums inside the categories are all familiar with the categories title. The forums contain a lot of information too, Which is what your forum is based on, so well done for that. Also the names of your forums aren’t taking up too much room, the same with your descriptions. Also you have a variety of forums that members can click on and access.

Users and Groups- your choice of User groups aren’t too long and also they all make sense, The colours of the your legend aren’t too bright and they fit perfectly with your forum, All your users seem to be doing a good job of improving your forums activity also you have a wide range of staff online , so when a member has a problem they can contact a member of staff, or have a faster reply to as topic.

Forum Activity- Your forum activity is great, people are always active, and also the post rate is amazing, you have a lot of posts on your forum which is great because you will attract more people to register and be active on your forum, though, sometimes there can be more staff online than regular members, so this could mean less posts support wise, posts from staff are mostly correction on topics or posts and moderation. So if more regular members were to be active your post count would be higher.

Thank very much for your feed back i was looking for a a score of 70 but 79 thats even better than i thought which is good as for the banner i did have one but it looked way to big i need a long one rather which is the next thing i am going to get done...
