I am going to create a mybb forum host all i need is someones host where i can make accounts for the users and install the forums.

I want it to be free hosting that has unlimited (or large) amount of usage. Your host must has MSQL and have alot of spaces to make accounts.

I guess you are trying to do that with MyBB multiforums mod.

If yes wait for some more time because the current one only supports MyBB 1.4.
A new one with extensive features is on the way. I'm waiting for that too.
