Promotion Spot!

I need some ideas, to get Promotion Spot up and going on the spot after I complete my job for the creation of a forum any ideas or help?

1) Make sure it has content before launching/advertising.

2) Make sure the design is clean, professional and generally eye-pleasing.

3) Promote the site on every promotion forum you can find.

Make sure it doesn't look exactly like other promotional forums and actually has new and original content and offers!

A promotion forum. Hmmm... What host are you thinking about using? I can suggest a great host for you, if you need one,

hire some staff before you launch your site to the public?
