Earn Yourself 300 BP!

Right what i want is for someone to write me a very detailed set of rules for a new forum i am opening called "Webb Design"

If someone can create some rules that i decide to use then you will get 300 BP!

please can someone or some people start making some rules to eran money.

No spamming - This includes no words less that 3 letters, no double spoting with out a period of 24 hours and no in-meaningful posts.

No advertising - No advertising other then in promotin area, by Private messaging anyone or simply asking people to join.

No pornography - Simply no pornography aloud at all, anyone posting so will get a immediate ban!

No racism - No racism is tolerated at all in Webb Desgin, such calling people stupid blacks ect.

No swearing - No swearing is tolerated, by using these symbles (!@#$%^&*) In place of differnt letters will be accepted, anyone using full letters and words will be punished serverly.

No Putdowns - No one will put anyone down, example - Your graphic designing is the crapest i have ever seen, you should give up. Will not be accepted, as everyone has a right to psot what ever they feel.
