You guys seriously need more packagers,designers,etc.

Yes, I know Ninja has resigned, but where the hell is gasol_the_great? dballerp seems to be the only one doing packages.

and McStormify is stuck with all of the designing, when usually Donal or Avian would take care of most of the design requests.

If you guys wish to stay afloat and never "burn out", then you people need to hire more designers,packagers,etc.

But, at least you have a decent amount of reviewers.

It didn't use to be like this. We use to have a lot of packagers and designers.

I don't know, just be a bit patient till we get more staff

Joel is away to, so until he gets back you can help with the designs.
You don't have to be a designer to make graphics to help out.

Don't say like that Joel did much work for this forum, and hiring designers is tough there aren't many of them out there.

I have go agree with Luigi.Nobody is handling graphic requests(i made 4 threads of request in the past and noone ever posted a reply with a sample),there are no reviewers(since i have been waiting for 2 weeks for my review and in the past your forum was reviewed 1 day after you requested it.

I dont know whats gonna happen,AH is gonna fail if you dont hire more people..

That won't happen, just because we are lacking couple of staff members, the staff members have their own lives too, they can't be around all the time, be patient.

Guys there are over 16 pages of this in the staff forum. You cant have everything there has to be a break once in a while, school is more important for me than this. Be patient.

Because i have GCSE coursework? What do you expct m8, i think you should start understanding the fact that people have a life and dont rely around your websites.

Everyone has to have a break, they're not robots right? You just need to be patient untill AH hires more staff to complete these requests, and it's hard at the moment also as no one can decide who.

Every available staff helps as much as he/she cans.

Well, if this site is going to stay afloat, well then Joel needs to quit failing school and get better grades, so this place can at least survive somehow.

We will all make this forum a better place by helping each other, as i said you can help in graphics if you know how.

Exactly, if you want to be super active on your forum and fail school, that's your problem.

But the rest of us have lives, remember that.

And besides, I won't be the only packager for long. Gasol will be coming back shortly

Well, I see some of us puts a website or forum before his/her actual "real" life. And that is not the main problem here. The problem is that those people can`t take any other opinion but their own. And those people will find themselves all alone in the end.

Now about the "missing" staff: Gasol is away as he is on his well deserved vacation. You can`t be serious about forcing him to stick around the forum while he could spend some quality time with his wife. Be tolerant. He will return next week and continue his good work here.

Ninja quit the team from his own will. We have no intention to force him back to the packagers team as he have his own reasons to quit. You can`t blame him all because he wants better grades at school which will decide his future. Let him do what he must do now. And that is school.

And about the designers, all I have to say that if someone wants to help and have the time, they will help out there. So if you have the time and are willing to help this community (or any other) feel free to try. And if you do a good job, I will take full responsibility and hire you as a full time graphic designer here. It is your choice. Just as the rest of the staff has their own choice.

I hope this wont turn into some "blame everyone because they are breathing" thread...
