May I ask why are you interested about that crime thing?
And why using an image as the application?

I don't want someone who was convicted as a crime to start a large project then go back to jail with the project unfinished... the crime thing will just tell me to give them smaller projects for a while and see how they're doing before I give the larger projects.

also, I made it an image because I have no better programs to make a staff application that will keep the underlines when filled out xD
