Perhaps you have missed my full version of application, I want each of that image of the userbar to be added with the bear and ranks, I mean everyone

If you are taking this userbar first, then you should add the bear to 16 replicates of this and in each add the text I said, I know its really really tiresome, and I can pay you 100 BP should you think so

If you belive, some of the bars I posted wont do good with the bear or font color jus dispose the, , but I minimum need 5 sets (And all 5 must include any one userbar from all the given patterns)

Also, try adding the bear to a little right, rather than the extreme left side

So do I stick with the same color in each set? and There are 3 different sets of userbars(just different colors)?

Yes, however you are free to selct the color of bars you like
