First thing I noticed was I wasn't just going to a forum. I went to a portal, one saying what your site was about. First forum in a long time actually taking effort. Unfortunately I also did not join and already saw the link on the nav-bar to "User CP". I don't know if you can fix that but you should at least try to make that for members only to see. But I think you coded the page as HTML? Then just remove it altogether. Going to the bottom you can see little copyright and tips. It's a little hard to read, take off the italics or make it a bit bigger.

Then I actually clicked the forum and noticed the flow with it and the HTML page had connected. It went directly with it, and the forum was organized and uncluttered.

-Forum Style (30marks)

Well though your HTML page was nice, this skin is even better. You coded it for starters (I think...I know..) and you were nice enough to keep a "based off of" at the bottom. It's sleek, not too flashy, and it matches with the rest of the site's content. I do recommend getting a new banner, yours right now is pixally at the ends and isn't all too creative unlike the rest of the forum. Though maybe if you made something a little more interesting, you could get more members joining than the ones you have now being the only posters.

I had to ask you, I hate you MyBB. Five groups:
Admin, Super Moderator, Moderator, Arcade Moderator, Member.

I see the role-playing part of your forum is doing well, could you perhaps have a forum called "Advanced RPers" for those who really step up above the others. You have barely any groups though, either your a member, a mod, or an admin. That's the problem. Since you have so many fourms you could have one for every single category. That's a lot more groups y'know?

The forum opened up on the 16th. That's an active community for something so new. Keep it up, but I recommend trying to get more members, or else the statistics look like a bunch of spambots.
