Generalities

1. First Impressions-3/15
When i visit your forum, the first thing that i see it that most of your forums have no posts in. This isn't a good thing for new members to see, so i suggest you work on filling those categories up.

2. Categories & Forums-9/15
9 main forums, split up into 3 categories. Not bad for a support forum, good work here. However, i think two or three more main forums would be better and would help your forum get more posts!

Forum Style

1. Major Graphics-2/10
The only graphics i can really comment on is your banner, and i don't really like it. It's just too simple, and i think you should get a new banner made because that one is not good.

2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme-5/10
The colour scheme of your forum isn't very good. It's too dark, i think you should switch to a slightly lighter theme. Also, the layout is good, the forums are all in the right position, well done on that one.

3.Images & Icons-1/10
There's not a lot of images on your forum really, only the banner and the new posts/no new posts icons and they're not good at all, i strongly suggest you get some new ones made for your forum.
