Changing hosting

I need someone to help me move my forum from one hosting to another.
Im not sure how is it done, so i ask for help.

What is the host, and is it on cPanel?

The one im on is with vista panel, and the one i want to change to is with cpanel.

What is your hosts link? Also, do you have access to the MySQL Databases?

You need to create a backup of the database. Then upload the copy to your new hosts's phpMyAdmin then just upload the files.

Don't use 00webhost! They have more downtime than uptime.

I have never had any problem using triple 0. It is a good host, and the only problem that I don't like about them is they don't have real cPanel.
