-Generalities (30marks)

First off a bunch of forums are in the wrong place. Under "Web Master" you have your forum Support. That should be under "Information" as it relates completely about the glitches to be informed about. And under "Information" you have Requests, which even says there is nothing inside of it yet. And Introductions can be moved to "Site Fun" but that's completely optional. Other than that your forums are in match and fit happily together. Also if there was a Portal or something to explain more than a forum and most features blocked from guests then you could possible have more members.

-Forum Style (30marks)

First thing is first. Your banner completely steals attention and has the horrid white text right next to your website name- which pops out and hurts to look at. Next you can take a look to the tabs on the Nav-Bar. Are they supposed to be affiliates on the last two? Because they only make you look like you don't know how to type. You should add links somewhere else or take them off entirely. Moving onto the actual board it's just a clean cut edit from phpBB3's default skin with a new background that you didn't even skin yourself. Not many do though, so no worries. But you should really start to think about getting a skin that makes your seem like it's original instead of something so simple it's disdainful. Or go the extra mile and code one from scratch.

-Usergroups (20marks)

I can't really comment on this one as I can't see, but I can guess there are three actual ranks. "Admin, Moderator, Member." (Yes there is founder, I figured that.) You can easily add a few new ranks to get you going like "V.I.P" for a donator and "Rich-guy" for members with a lot of PF Gold. It needs a lot of time and creativity but you still need to work on it.

-Forum Activity (20marks)

Here is where I unfortunately couldn't stand it. Total posts (as of now) is 613. You have 233 posts. phio69 has 189. Those rounded (230 + 190) is 420 posts. That shocked me that two people are the only active members. Though I thought it was new until I went to check the admin's join date which was... May 27th. That's averaging a really low number of posts a day and the fact of your top posters list "which doesn't include admins.)

That isn't good. Top poster is only 21 posts. In fifth place is only 1 post. This should never happen. Ever. It shows you need members to be attracted.
