Generalities

1. First Impressions-12/15
I like your forum's loading page,although after i click enter,the image loads than appears.After entering your site,i see some new features and renovations such images were replaced and changed,24 hours of members connected were activated finally.
2. Categories & Forums-13/15
Sufficient.But as you said,only after logging in than another 7 forums will be displayed.You should think twice on that.Guests always have to see the best your forum can offer than they'll consider joining.So i suggest you make everything visible to guests and members too.

1. Major Graphics-7/10
I like the banner much more now:)The image in the middle is clearer than the previous one,the images you have to represent forums was created by you,so is the "Who Is Online" image!Good job there!But work on your favicon.Its the basic one Forumotion provided.It does'nt make your forum look "pro".
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme-6/10
Still can work on this.Your https://i.servimg.com/u/f61/14/81/90/37/forum_10.png image does'nt look good on your skin/theme.
3.Images & Icons-7/10

1.Population of Groups-5/10
You got 3 groups,every group have at least one member.Still can expand,it have'nt change since the last time i visited.
2.Staff Groups / User Groups-6/10
I cant seem to find out how many staff groups you have.Write some descriptions for each group so members/guests will know more about the groups.Total groups=3,still the same,could do better if you add more.
