and a global announcement

these are for the one in topics not on the full forum. If you don't exactly know what I mean visit my forum and go into one of the topics and look at the ones i already have, then you will know what I mean.

I found some icons that you could use. Iros made them.

Thanks but I don't exactly like those. I should have made this in the original ost but I would like them to be somewhat like what I already have fornew posts, no posts and locked that are on the actually forum.
