When i visited your forum,i thought that it was a nice place:)But when i saw the banner of Club Fair Share,i thought you really got to do some adjustments.You should get a better image from CFS because its very blur and strectched to fit the size you wanted.

1. Major Graphics-7/10
Your forum's banner,i've seen that blue background before in Forummotion,you just added some text to the banner right?You should have an original piece so that it makes your forum looks more "pro".
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme-9/10
I like the colors.Yes, it fits well.But i'm not giving you a full 10/10 because your colors are very dull.Dont have too much white/black/gray colors or it'll make it look sad,boring etc.
3.Images & Icons-8/10
I like your forum's favicon.Good job on that.I also like the "Who Is Online" image.Its size is perfect.I think you should have an original forum's banner as said earlier on.
