Well, what can I say? Since I can`t review a forum where I am an administrator, I will request "someone else".

What is the maximum time for a review to be done?

Ok, if you wanna pick someone else to do the review go ahead because the best I can do is probably in 3 days.

I have been extremely busy with the packages, other forums, my life, etc.

I dont know then somebody else can do this?

Generalities

1. First Impressions-11/15
The first thing that caught my eye was the skin's lightning background. It was neon-like. It simply catches everyone;) I thought your forum was rather nice until i saw the banner jumble service. Nothing is wrong with it, just how you present it. My suggestion, you make the banner jumble placed in the center rather than the left. This makes it look much much more organized.
2. Categories & Forums-12/15
Well, i see a total of 9 categories. The official rules and iadverts contest should be together with the community category rather than having 2 different categories with only one forum each. I spot some spelling mistakes in your forum's description too. Better get some changes done! Other than that, its pretty well managed.

Forum Style

1. Major Graphics-7/10
Your banner is not bad. But i suggest a better font. The color fits well to the thunder-y effect your skin has;) Your affiliate image is excellent. I think you can improve your forum's graphics by creating a navigation bar absolutely for your forum. A watermark with "IA", for iadverts, would be good;) I also noticed your forum ranks and favicon. The ranks is great, but your favicon is just too messed up. The shadow is too heavy.
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme-7/10
The layout is excellent. Color scheme, much better than the layout;) But your forum would be much neater by shifting the chatbox to the bottom instead of displaying it above.
3. Images And Icons-7/10

i said, banners, affiliate image, ranks are just awesome. The forum icons seems to be made by you too? And once again, i really like your banner;)

what i can see, you only have 6 groups. I dont think the MOTM group is needed. Or at least, dont let it be visible to members and guests. Other than that, the population of the groups are good.

I see 4 staff groups. And a total of 6 user groups. Yes, a good amount here. Nothing much to comment here as there are hardly any errors/mistakes with the groups.

We have 21 registered users
Our users have posted a total of 367 messagesNot bad. About 17 PPM (Posts Per Member). This is normal for a new forum but bad for a forum which is more than 2 months old. Time to catch up;)
2. Users Active-5/10
Members connected during last 48 hours : airforce12, Cafetin, Elli, hotspot, Joel, Martin, master412160, micro1000, Rianna Lauren(9 members) An average ratio, considering you have 21 members on your forum and 9 of them were active, plus the fact that they were connected in the last 48 hours, not 24. A little tip, you should expect every staff member to be connected/active unless they have valid reasons. Or else, they're showing no effort in their job!
