What makes you want to stay/leave a forum?

What makes me want to leave: Annoying or hotheaded staff members, or a bad layout and design.
Stay: Good discussions, interesting members, friends that are there and how welcoming the community is.

Leave: If the forum doesn't have a good amount of posts a day, or is too overly active and a bunch of spam.

Stay: ROLEPLAYING FORUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMS.

Leave: Lack of activity, and no one trying to liven it up -- empty forums, post activation.

Stay: Helpful staff, friendly members that are at least trying to be active, interesting topics, and lots of places I can respond to ^_^ Somewhere I feel like I can fit in.
