I'm open to suggestions mate, but bear in mind I definitely don't want a dark skin and it has to be easily readable and look ok for a tech forum.

Well yeah, I suppose it is, but I'm always happy to hear from others as to what they think etc.

The main purpose of my forums is to help folks with computer problems and I don't think they would care too much what the skin looks like providing they get their problem fixed.

And like I said, I know some huge forums that just have the default skin and it doesn't seem to affect them too much.

I can see the need for a really good skin on say, a gaming forum or graphics forum, but not on a tech forum.

The style has just undergone a major revamp, with new colours and a new background. Thus far the response seems to be quite favourable.

Got another couple of members, unfortunately one of them turned out to be a spammer.

A pretty good resource for checking spammers is the Stop Forum Spam site.

I have installed a Mobile Style and modification that is automatically detected and shown when using a mobile device to access the forums.

This means, the site will use far less data when using a mobile device than it otherwise would and will therefore run far quicker on mobile devices.

Any posts that are made using a mobile device will show the following icon. in the post message.

I have tested this on my Nokia 5800 touch screen phone and it works perfectly.

This is what the top of the index page looks like on my mobile phone.

You might think your computer is fine and running to it's full potential, but you'd be surprised at what improvements can be made.

This ranges from getting rid of any viruses, spyware or malware your system may have, to streamlining your startup programmes and unnecessary junk. A lot of times, folks just don't realise how much better their systems can run and that's where we come in.

Sometimes, just a very simple change can make all the difference to your computers speed and startup times etc.

I've just installed an image resizer and lightbox, so folks can post images of any size without having to resize them first.
