So you changed
the loading page images to blue? Nice and neat! But now, the loading image lags..maybe change it so that guests wont have a bad impression on your forum when they visit it. Maybe get a Gfx Designer to help you with it;)

Banner still the same. Or did it become blue? I cant remember:P Anyway, i noticed your new navigation bar! I must say its awesome! How'd you get the "episodes" navigation by the way?
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme-8/10
Back on blue! Nice! I love it once again:) Red is'nt my thing really. But still, i suggest a better skin.
3.Images & Icons-7/10
New images! Thanks for removing the previous forum images which was really bad. Much better now. If you still want to perfect this, you can do something about the "no new posts" icon.

There's
at least 2 members in each usergroup. Nothing much to comment here too.
2.Staff Groups / User Groups-6/10
As you mentioned,you have 2 staff groups but they're hiden from members and
guests. You still have'nt changed some groups as i said on the last review.
Dont create so many groups regarding the tests and how they scored. Also, i suggest you make all the staff groups visible to guests and members. Or at least members. What's holding you back from that?

and as for the nav bar, i woke up early in the morning and just started making a new one. havnt you noticed i use the same text i used on the banner? lol

and for the groups, i might make the 'powertool dorm' group open to people that dont want to take the test or dont know alot of the stuff on the test...

well, than i suggest you make only 1 test group. Those who dont meet the requirement wont be put into that group. Well, anyway good job on your nav bar!
