If you choose admin, you can take any decision towards forum on your own, like appointing new staff, getting post package team and advertisers.

I know it is not what you asked dballerp, but we're currently short of packagers in advertising Hotline and since you're doing so neatly here, I thought it wouldn't hurt to try. I have Ashera's permission to seek packagers, even if I am just a packager myself there.
