website directory?

I want to make a website directory for my site and I have absolutely no clue how to do it.

Can someone help me? And give me instructions how how to install it?

You can either make a nice HTML page for it and add the link to your navigation bar or follow Frosty`s multiple portals tip. Your choice.

I was thinking an HTML page for it, it would look much nicer then to the portal.

You could just create a forum named Directory where members can submit their links.
