iGraphics New Features!

Hey guys, iGraphics is going to changing in the next week. You will see a 1 or 2 new background which i will be testing, hopefully a new banner and a new navbar.

All of these features will be added shortly, but keep an eye out, new forum icons and forums will be added.
Also the descriptions will most likely change on some of them. Also some forums will be deleted.

New smilies will be added, we need some new ones of course!
