You need to wait 24 hours before making a new request.
Your last request in this section was closed by me a couple of minutes ago:

So I will put this on hold till tomorrow.
Note that if someone who did not have a request removed today makes a request after this, he/she has priority over yours.

Next time, make sure 24 hours have passed between the removal of your request and the requesting of new one.
