Make and create we need staff!

Our forum need experienced staff, not just in moderating but in arts and crafts, and story writing. They need to show members there work and give them inspiration to help them pursue life long dreams or to give them confidence. Support moderators need to help members understand themselves and make them feel that there writing or art work or modules are great, but if they aren't the best give them constructive feedback, we don't want staff that will shout or criticize members of their work only constructive criticism is tolerated.

What we need -
