Banner, background and favicon update

We've got some awesome updates for the forum! The banner have been updated as Zoid's review told me to have a lighter banner which suits the forum skin. So yea, i heeded his advice:) Also, the background and favicon have been updated...can anyone guess what it looks like? 2010 is the year of the tiger
