Eduardo and MG removed

After some discussions, we have decided to kick Eduardo and Mystic_gohan from their Moderator rank. Simply because they have not been in the forum for more than 4 weeks already. When they come back, i'll give some thought first before giving their ranks back.

i would also like to take this opportunity to bring Pikapal and Dawn into the Moderator team!

EDIT: I had a chat with Eduardo and he told me that he decided to quit this forum due to insufficient time for his homework.
