Not really a request, but a graphic team hiring!!

Hi guys, and Im sorry for Joel, I don't know which section shall that be...

I made a new gaming forum which is http://gamearcade.forumotion.com

I want lots and lots of graphics... Banner, navigation bar, background, topic buttons, and everything...

So there's a lot of work to do...

Because winter is coming, and school and that ****...

So we need to finish fast to start to advertise the forum...

Please notify that I also need trustful graphic designer to asign as an admin and head of graphic team...

Please also notify that this will make you earn cash (Like boiling points here) (Still not activated) that you can buy with it items in the online games, have your banner at the forum and so on...

So...... Who's coming?!

You've JUST STARTED that forum , and I don't think this is the right section for hiring.

And second, yea it's not the right section for hiring, but hiring section is not the right section for graphic requests... =.=

Okay , so you either consider Graphics staff as "graphic requests" or are confused with what graphic requests and staff are?

1. The problem is there's loads of works to do?

2. You're basically gonna hire people do to the work....so? Hiring section is the place!

Well, they are requests... But "as you said" because there's loads and loads and loads, it even may reach 100+ Images, i considered it as hiring... Cuz if u came with someone, and asked him for 100+ Images, it isn't a request then =.= he "HAVE" to be in ur staff... You understand me?! =.=

Well yes I do and please calm down. I'm just suggestion , there's nothing to be freaked out about it.
And so you've confessed that "The person you will ask will HAVE to be in your staff" , so basically , won't that be hiring?
There's a section for that already , Frankly (Don't mind) , I feel like You're taking upto me on that tone just because I'm not in the staff.
