so now i have thought that even active services to be made available for all members...
that means you dont need to posts 50 posts to get 'em....

Free services is a good idea. But that makes your post count a disadvantage.

To earn virtual cash/forum cash, you'll have to post. Since you're offering free services, than members won't have to post to earn the cash to request for services.

its the case now.... [though most of them posted in the forum than its actual worth], but when we have more members and more requests...
the first preference will be given to the person with more activity [though a members having lesser post count requested for the same package sometime before the other guy].
so basically they will have to post
