Hello everyone, once again. Yesterday (the first of August) our grand contest started in wich you can win cash prizes and for one lucky person, who gets a Ipod Nano. (The one of the fancy new ones with video!)

Our grand contest will be a 30 day contest, started yesterday and will end at the end of August. Anyone can win this contest and get the prize. In total 4 people can win something with this contest. 3 cash prizes and one Ipod Nano.

How will this contest work, whats the system ?

If we gain 0-200 new posts then a $25 amazon gift certificate goes to first place.
If we gain 201-500 new posts then a $50 amazon gift certificate goes to first place and a $15 gift certificate goes to 2nd place.
If we get 501-1,100 new posts, the grand prize winner will be a $75 gift certificate, followed with a $25 certificate and 3rd place will get $15 worth of Amazon gift certificates.

That's just for posting, the person with the highest points total during those 30 days will be the winner, 2nd place is determined by the second most number of points and 3rd place is the 3rd most points.

So the more people take part into this the more chance you can win the main prize that would become $75, or second prize 25, and as last 3d 15. If all goes well those are the prizes you can win, and of course the Ipod which is worth alot!

I think if you do your best you can win great prize here, the more people participate the more you can win, and if you post alot the higher the chance you get taken out to win the Ipod.

I don't want to be a dick here but let's face it. When you hold a competition like this you're going to get a load of spammers.

Are you naive enough to think that your board can take 100-200 quality post a day from a single user like the user above stated he could do. Yeah, came off like a complete dick.

calm down at first, its not because you have bad experience with it, that with all posting contests it is like you say. We don't get 100-200 posts day of quality far less, but the post are quality. We will see how it goes, I will try to keep a watch out for spammer, but we don't have those around so far.
