I vote for 5.
I think the shorter this time is the better it is. It wont make you wait for an answer for a pm from someone who is actually gone 14 minutes before you sent that pm.

I think he means that it seems that the activity is low because only few members seems to be online. that will give the impression that the members aren't so active. that's not the point, actually. I noticed it happened to me on ForuMansion too. Rok, who gave this idea, implemented the same thing to his forum. that gives me the impression that not many members come online because there are usually only two or three members online at the same time. I don't think guests will know this time limit, right? so of course it'd be different if we lessen it. ^^
