Should AH have a post exchange service?

I saw this on another forum I used to be on and it was doing great! How it works is 2 Members of different forums join the other's forum and they do an amount of post for exchange! I think that would be great here.

Yes, as a forum service. It would bring more post to your forum then by PM'ing. And by PM'ing other 'guest' wouldn't see that AH has this forum service.

why make a service? Just make a new forum for it instead. this shouldnt need a service
