How to Disable Users to spam with 0 post

i would like to know how to disable users to post into the forum section without the minimum post

example :

website or blog presentation

Requires Minimum 5 Post

yes, you have to create a group where members will automatically be sent there when he/she have posted 5 posts at least. Make sure you hide the group.
